Autumn, a source of creative vitamins

The pomegranate, where the fusion makes the flavor

This fruit, at least 5,000 years old, was planted in the hanging gardens of Babylon and can even be seen in Egyptian bas-reliefs. It is a source of vitamins C, K and B complex as well as antioxidants.

Mushroom hunting!

One of the top autumnal walks is trying to locate the coveted mushrooms. If you know how to safely select them they become natural trophies given by the rains and the mild temperatures. They are certainly the seasons touch for many comforting meals.

Quince, the perfume of a kiss

In Greece the quince was dedicated to Aphrodite, the goddess of love and fecundity. Plutarch was telling that the Greek brides bite a quince for a scented kiss before entering the bridal chamber. This fruit has benefits such as: eliminates uric acid, lowers hypertension and cholesterol, among others.
